The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new prospects, engage with decision-makers, and position our services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and IT requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the technology or IT services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and quotas
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, ConnectWise and Microsoft Office
